INEZ — Martin County High School’s Maci Maynard and Braxton Keathley are the Kirk & Crum Law Firm Players of the Week.
Maynard averaged 21.5 points and 17.5 rebounds over two games.
The 6-foot-4 brute opened the season with a school-record double-double of 21 points and 24 boards in a 77-59 win over Shelby Valley. She followed it with 22 points and 11 rebounds against St. Henry at the Madison Central Shootout.
Keathley averaged 29.7 points, 8.3 rebounds and 8.7 assists over three games.

He posted a triple-double with 34 points, 10 rebounds and 12 assists in an 80-54 win over 14th Region favorite Perry Central.
The junior was one rebound shy of another trip-dub in the season-opening victory over Floyd Central. He had 25 points, 10 rebounds, nine assists and six steals against the Jags.
Keathley capped the week with 30 points, five rebounds, five assists and four steals in a 97-60 rout of Oneida Baptist Institute in the D.J. Begley Classic.
