INEZ — Judge Brett Butcher heard the following cases Oct. 27 and 28 in Martin District Court:

Doug Jude (probation revocation hearing) — Criminal mischief, third degree: Moot.

Tyler Jude (court trial) — Menacing: See agreed waiver. 1. The defendant shall have no contact with Darrel Jude or Kim Martin, verbal, written or social media. Given the proximity of the parties’ homes, the parties understand that they may, from time to time, be in the same area. If the incident occurs, the parties agree to walk away. Darrel Jude and Kim Martin agree to do the same; 2. None of the parties shall have cameras pointed at the party’s homes. Cameras shall not have voice recording or sirens in the vicinity of the other party’s dwellings. Parties have 10 days to move cameras if in violation of the agreement; 3. None of the parties will interfere or move property stakes absent a court order; 4. Defendant and victims shall have surveys of the property completed to settle the issue of buildings, etc., on the other party’s land. All parties agree that if anyone’s belongings are deemed to be on the other party’s property, they shall have 60 days to move them.
