LIHEAP Fall Subsidy enrollment opens Nov. 3

INEZ — As winter approaches, Kentucky households struggling with high heating costs may be eligible for assistance through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Fall Subsidy component. Enrollment begins Nov. 3 and runs through Dec. 12 on a first-come, first-served basis.

Applicants must apply in person at local Community Action Program offices

To qualify, applicants must bring documentation at the time of application, including proof of Social Security numbers for all household members, proof of income for the previous month, proof of physical address, and the most recent electric bill if electricity is the primary heating source.
