Sherri Lynn Horne
1960—2025

Sherri Lynn Horne, age 65, passed away Oct. 12, 2025, at Embassy of Winchester in Canal Winchester, Ohio.

Born April 22, 1960, in Portsmouth, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Omia Edward and Donna Jean (Griffith) Allen.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Timmy Delong and one sister, Tracy Maynard.

Sherri is survived by two sons, Terry (Julie) Horne and Brian Horne, both of Columbus, Ohio; two daughters, Katherine (Jay) Bostic and Salina Alrawahna, both of Columbus, Ohio; one stepdaughter, Christina Chavis-Artis; two brothers, David Nelson (Nina Piaggio) Delong and Edward Eugene (Cora) Delong, both of Martin County; and one sister, Shirley (David) Maynard of Perry County, Ohio. Sherri is also survived by 14 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation took place Saturday, Oct. 18, 2025 at Crum Funeral Home in Inez. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home.
