Arie Johnson
1941—2025

Arie Johnson, age 84, of Inez, passed away peacefully with family by his side Oct. 4, 2025.

Born Aug. 7, 1941, in Inez, he was the son of the late Walter and Flora Johnson.

He was an avid outdoorsman and a hard worker who was willing and ready to help others with his wealth of knowledge in any type of construction work.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters Clara Mae and Garnett, brother Russell, sister-in-law Dorothy and nephews Wally Hinkle and Mark Johnson.

Arie is survived by two nephews, Bradley Hinkle and Ronnie Hinkle, both of Ohio, sister-in-law Mary, one aunt and several beloved cousins.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

No services will be held at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
