Deputy Steven Putman reported that while on patrol on Milo Road he noticed a loud midsize pickup truck with a headlight out. He radioed Deputy Jameson Wall to intercept the vehicle, which then fled to Spence Branch. Deputies caught up with the truck and attempted to detain Whitt.
