INEZ — The Inez Indians opened their elementary season last week. The A-team dropped a 20-7 loss while the B-team narrowly missed the mark with an 8-7 loss to Louisa East.

Layla Cline hit a bucket and scored a free throw to finish with three points for the Indians in the A-game. Hope Dials and Emily Mollett each fired in two points for Inez.

Kenna Hale collected all seven points for the Indians in the B-team game.
