Attention local artisans, food vendors and businesses. The Martin County Harvest Festival in Inez is gearing up for another spectacular year and vendor spots are selling fast.
Non-food vendor applications must be submitted by Aug. 29, while food vendors have until Aug. 15 to rent their space, so time is running short.
Food vendors should call 606‑298‑2807 to secure their spot.
Details for retail vendors, including application forms and a site map, are available on the Martin County Harvest Fest Facebook page.
Organizers expect a bigger turnout and more excitement than ever for this year’s festival Sept. 12 and 13 in downtown Inez, perfect for businesses to showcase their goods.
Each booth space measures 10 feet by 10 feet, and vendors will need to provide their own tables, chairs, tents and lighting. Electricity is available upon request, but vendors should plan to bring their own extension cords, water hoses, carts and accessories.
Craft and retail booth fees are $50, while information booth spaces are $25.
Vendors may set up Thursday, Sept. 11, between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., or Friday, Sept. 12, between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m., after checking in with a festival organizer.
