Barbara J. Robertson
1956—2025

Barbara J. Robertson, 68, of Louisa, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025, at the Community Hospice Center in Ashland.

Born Dec. 1, 1956, in Martin County, she was the daughter of Lovella Mosley Marcum and the late Sterling Marcum.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Robertson, one daughter, Ashley Pinson and four siblings, Jerry Marcum, Steven Marcum, Donald Ray Marcum and Lisa Marcum.

Barbara is survived by her mother, Lovella Marcum, one son, Christopher Danielle Marcum of Louisa, and her siblings, David (Margie) Marcum of Inez, Jeff (Betty) Marcum and Tim Marcum both of Louisa.

Funeral services were conducted Saturday, Aug. 9, 2025, at the New Friendship United Baptist Church with John Goble, Tim Smith and Lonnie Ratliff officiating. Burial followed at the Robertson Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez.
