ASHLAND — Addiction Recovery Care (ARC) has relocated its Ashland Outpatient Program from 2908 Winchester Avenue to the Bellefonte Hospital and Recovery Center Campus, a move officials say will expand and centralize treatment options for the region.
The new facility, at 700 Saint Christopher Drive, Suite 105, houses both ARC’s substance use disorder services and Bellefonte Hospital’s outpatient mental health services under one roof.
“This is an exciting step in our ongoing work to complete and fully activate the Bellefonte Hospital and Recovery Center Campus,” said Lawrence Vinson, ARC’s chief operations and nursing officer. “By combining these outpatient services in one place, we’re improving continuity of care and making it easier for clients to access the help they need in a setting designed for growth, healing and collaboration.”
ARC said the relocation supports its plan to create a comprehensive recovery hub at Bellefonte with multiple levels of care, wraparound services, and expanded programming in a single, convenient location.
Clients, referral partners, and community members can reach the new office at (606) 744-1877.

Headquartered in Louisa, ARC operates more than 20 licensed addiction treatment centers in 17 Kentucky counties.
