Wanda (Scott) Artrip
1957—2025

Wanda (Scott) Artrip, 67, of Crum, West Virginia, passed away July 31, 2025, at the Community Hospice House in Ashland following a short illness.

Born Aug. 8, 1957, in Smithfield, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Sadie Wheeler Scott.

In addition to her parents, Wanda is preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Scott and Sherwood Scott, and a sister, Joyce Scott.

Wanda was a restaurant worker, C.N.A. at a nursing home in North Carolina and a member of the Bartram Chapel Church in Fort Gay, West Virginia.

She is survived by her husband of 17 years, George Artrip Jr., as well as extended family and friends.

At her request, there will be no services at this time. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Mullins Family Funeral Home of Warfield is honored to serve the family.
