WARFIELD — The Family Dollar was the backdrop for an arrest Friday in Warfield after police found a Pilgrim man partially undressed in full public view.
Clayton Jude, 51, was leaning against the wall of the Family Dollar, pants and underwear around his knees, when Martin County Sheriff John Kirk arrived.
The sheriff stated Jude was drifting out of consciousness while fondling himself in front of people present in the parking lot.
Jude reportedly admitted to using methamphetamine and Suboxone before the incident.
He now faces charges of first-degree indecent exposure and public intoxication of controlled substances (excludes alcohol).
