Michael Stacy
1966—2025

Michael Stacy, 59, of Lowmansville, passed away at his home Tuesday, July 15, 2025.

Born May 7, 1966, in Martin County, he was the son of the late Jeff and Charity Stacy.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two children, Sharon Newsome and Dencil Newsome and three siblings, Connie Staten, Linda Fay Jude and Freelin Stacy.

Michael is survived by his wife, Martha Stacy, two children, Eric (Brittany) Mollett and Jayson (Rosie) Newsome, along with 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by five siblings, Wib Stacy, Roy Lee Stacy, Bill Stacy, Frankie Stacy and Teresa Lynn Stacy and very special friends, Cody and Charity Bowen and Shirl Music.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, July 18, 2025, at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez with Dave Bowen officiating. Burial followed at the Stacy Cemetery under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez.
