Garland Mills (change of plea) — 1. Complicity burglary, second degree; 2. Criminal mischief, third degree: 1. Amended to burglary third degree, pleaded guilty, five years; 2. Pleaded guilty, 90 days. Sentences probated for five years; no contact with William Small, his family or property; pay $5,000 in restitution to William Small at sentencing. All parties (including bond surety/poster) agree that defendant’s $5,000 cash bond in this case shall be forfeited to meet obligations. Defendant shall be responsible for all clerk fees.
