DAVELLA — Martin County Sheriff’s deputies recovered a stolen ATV Saturday evening in Davella, arresting three Inez residents in connection with the theft.

Law enforcement responded to a report from a woman who stated someone took her Honda 450 ATV without her permission. A short time later, they spotted a truck hauling a trailer and ATV matching the description at Jarrett Trailer Park.

John Michael Cornette, 35, was identified as the driver of the truck, with passengers Joshua Lee Moore, 27, and Erin A. Kugel, 22.

All three face a charge of receiving stolen property valued between $1,000 and $10,000.

Deputies impounded the stolen vehicle, which the rightful owner later retrieved.
