Bryan Mounts, 37, of Warfield, was arrested Monday at Dempsey Housing on a bench warrant for court. Deputy Steven Putman served the warrant at 10:30 p.m.

Christopher Joseph Muncy, 35, of Tomahawk, was arrested Sunday on New Route 3 in Inez on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, reckless driving and all-terrain vehicles violations.
Deputy Jameson Wall responded to the scene where two juvenile girls were injured. The police report states that Muncy had the two juveniles inside the 2-seater side-by-side with him also driving the vehicle. Witnesses at the scene advised police that Muncy was driving “dangerously fast” through the area and flipped the side-by-side, the report says. One of the passengers told law enforcement they were trying to do a “donut.”
“I witnessed [Muncy] leave the area not concerned about the passengers,” the deputy reported. “[He] went into the store to buy a beverage from the store.”
Kentucky State Police arrived on-scene and declined to take the scene, Wall said.
Muncy refused to take a breathalyzer in the sheriff’s booking room, the report states. “He was cooperative with deputies but attempted to shut the door of the cruiser while the trooper was standing in the doorway.”

Chief Deputy Chris Kidd was called to Ohio Valley Physicians about a male subject trespassing. Upon arrival he encountered Robinson sitting on the right side of the building.
“When he opened the door I saw a revolver handgun sitting in plain view on the console,” Kidd said.
The employees advised that they asked Robinson to leave. After a short conversation, he allegedly walked to his vehicle and continued to sit in view of the front door. Employees locked the door and called 911.
Police said Robinson was the subject of a domestic 911 caller earlier on the same date. Law enforcement determined the other party of the domestic call was an employee at the location.

Deputy J.C. Kirk arrived to assist at a scene where Deputy Steven Putman had detained Cooper and two male subjects. Kirk reported that Cooper was waving her hands and behaving aggressively, screaming profanities and causing a public alarm. Cooper allegedly was reaching into one of the male’s pockets. Deputy Putman advised her to stop, but she did not, so he pulled her hand from the male’s pocket to be sure she was not obtaining a weapon. In return, Cooper smacked Putman in the head, police said. After the female was in custody in the backseat of the police cruiser, she slipped off the handcuffs, rolled down the window, opened the door and exited the cruiser.

Gabriel Cooper, 31, of Thelma, was arrested June 11 at Warfield Park on a charge of driving on a DUI-suspended license. Deputy Putman was parked in front of Warfield City Hall when he noticed Cooper driving by. The deputy was aware that Cooper had lost his license and made the traffic stop at the park. Dispatch confirmed the license suspension, the report states.

David Cooper, 26, Warfield, was arrested June 11 at Warfield on charges of no operator’s/moped license, disorderly conduct and fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle). Deputy Putman had another vehicle pulled over at Warfield Park when he saw Cooper drive by. The report states that Cooper went down the road and switched seats with his wife, Krystal, before returning.
“He pulled in yelling that I had no reason to pull his brother over,” Putman said in the report. “I asked him to walk over to my car. He was being very aggressive and saying he was not driving.” When the officer approached Cooper to detain him, Cooper fled on foot toward Dempsey Housing. Putman said Cooper fell three different times, then stopped to fight with him.
“I secured him to the ground and placed him in handcuffs.” Even after being detained, Cooper allegedly continued to yell at the deputy, saying he would kill the deputy, the report states.
