Sharon Eleene Marcum Lowe
1968—2025

We lovingly say goodbye to Sharon Eleene Marcum Lowe, born Sept. 1, 1968. She left this world for the next June 7, 2025, at Logan Regional Medical Center. She was surrounded by loved ones and crossed peacefully after a well-fought battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her dad, Lowell Thomas Marcum, her grandparents and twin nephews, Trent and Kent Newsome.

Sharon was one of the kindest, most generous souls on this earth. She loved her family unconditionally and took in any child in need with an open heart. She loved everyone she knew and will be sadly missed.

Those left to cherish the many memories include her mom, Geraldine Marcum; her partner, John Lowe; brothers Jeffrey Marcum, BJ (Kim) Marcum, Austin Marcum and Hunter Marcum; sisters Crystal (Brent) Newsome, Melissa (William Johnny) Collins, and Hayleigh Gorgeous Marcum whom she cared for as her special daughter; and multiple nieces and nephews, cousins, family and friends.

Services took place Tuesday, June 10, 2025, at the Breeden Church of God in Breeden, West Virginia. James Ed Baisden officiated. At her request, cremation followed. Mullins Family Funeral Home of Warfield is honored to serve the family.
