INEZ — Stars, stripes and sparkle will take center stage Friday, June 27. The annual Miss Red, White and Boom Pageant will take place on the outdoor stage at the courthouse square in Inez.
Hosted by Eastern Elite Pageantry, the event begins at 6 p.m. and is open to contestants of all ages.
The entry fee is $50.
Participants should dress in denim bottoms paired with a solid-colored red, white or blue top—an outfit to celebrate Independence Day in classic style.
Each contestant will receive a crown and a special invitation to ride in the Martin County Fourth of July Parade. (Contestants must arrange their own transportation for the parade.)
