Carol Ann McNeely
1976—2025

Carol Ann McNeely, 49, of Kermit, West Virginia, went home to be with the Lord on May 27, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born April 30, 1976, to the late George Block Jr and Lola Marcum Justice.

Carol was a housewife and a member of the Jenny’s Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include her spouse of eight and a half years, Justin McNeely; sons Roy Thad (Hannah) Delong of Pilgrim, Kentucky, and Dalton Delong and Alexander Delong, both of Kermit, West Virginia; daughter Ashley (Johnathan) Ward of Kermit, West Virginia; six grandkids Mattick, Madeline, Adam, Harvey, Braxton and Hazel; brothers Anthony (Corey) Block of Warfield, Kentucky, and Eugene (Natasha) Block of Waverly, Ohio; nieces and nephews Nick Block, Lola Block, Braden, Isaiah Block, Jacob Maynard, Ayden Maynard and Aria Maynard. She also leaves behind Frank McNeely and Mary McNeely, who were like a second mom and dad to her, and a host of family and friends.

Funeral services took place Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Jenny’s Creek Baptist Church with Joe Maynard, Landon Marcum and Johnny Maynard officiating. Burial followed at Block Cemetery on the Left Fork of Marrowbone. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
