Kentucky Infrastructure Authority Board to convene June 5

FRANKFORT — The Kentucky Infrastructure Authority (KIA) Board of Directors will hold its regularly scheduled meeting Thursday, June 5, at its office located at 100 Airport Road, Third Floor, in Frankfort.

Board chair Matt Sawyers will convene the meeting at 1 p.m. ET.

The agenda includes the consideration of minutes from the May 1 meeting and several new funding resolutions. Among new projects requiring board action are:

  • Resolution and Order of the Board of Directors Authorizing a Fund A loan (A25-035) for an amount up to $20,000,000 to the Regional Water Resource Agency, Daviess County (SX21059074)
  • Resolution and Order of the Board of Directors Authorizing a Fund B loan (B25-011) for an amount up to $3,200,000 to the City of Bardstown, Nelson County (SX21179043)
  • Resolution and Order of the Board of Directors Authorizing a Fund B loan (B25-013) for an amount up to $226,000 to the City of Evarts, Harlan County (SX21095015)
  • Resolution and Order of the Board of Directors for Approval of a Fund F loan (F25-018L) for an amount up to $182,255 to the City of Jamestown, Russell County (WX21207034)
  • Resolution and Order of the Board of Directors Authorizing and Approving the Issuance of Obligations of the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority to Reimburse Capital Expenditures made by Governmental Agencies Pursuant to Loans made by the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority to such Governmental Agencies

An executive director’s report by Sandy Williams will follow the resolutions and orders, as will announcements and notifications.

The next KIA board meeting is tentatively set for Thursday, July 10.
