Welcoming a new baby into your life is exciting—but it also comes with a lot of questions. That is where the HANDS Program comes in.

HANDS is a free, voluntary support program for any family—first-time parents or not—who are pregnant or have a baby younger than 90 days old.

There is no income requirement to enroll. If you are expecting or recently welcomed a baby, you can sign up and start receiving personal support tailored to your unique journey.

Through regular visits, trained professionals provide guidance on topics like child development, creating a safe home environment, and building strong parent-child bonds. It is about helping you feel confident and supported every step of the way.
