INEZ — Zoie Hinkle and Chase Stacy are Tommy’s Auto Sales Players of the Week.
Hinkle had an outstanding performance on the mound against Magoffin County.
She pitched all six innings tossing 75 pitches. She struck out 10 Hornet batters and allowed only four hits while walking only three. The hurler went 1-3 at the plate with a single.
Against Paintsville, Hinkle struck out two batters and allowed only one hit.
Chase Stacy went 1-3 at the plate against Perry County Central and drove in a Cardinal for an RBI.
Stacy led the way batting 2-3 at Johnson Central driving in two runners. He scored a run for Martin County.
In a home game versus the Eagles, Stacy tossed three innings and struck out two batters. He allowed only six hits.
