INEZ — Martin County Middle School soccer team, coached by Steven Gauze, handed losses to Lawrence County, Johnson Central and Adams last week.

At Lawrence County on April 24, Maddy Goble booted in two goals in the 3-0 win. Jaz Jude added the third goal for Martin County. Annaleigh Davis assisted on two of those scores, and Hope Caldwell helped out with one.

The squad defeated a tough Johnson Central team 2-0 on April 17.

The Cards easily took down Adams 8-3 on April 21.
