Jason Fields (set aside failure to appear) — Rear license not illuminated; operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license: Pretrial conference 6/3/25 at 9 a.m.

Jason K. Fields (set aside failure to appear) — Improper display of registration plates; no/expired registration plates; no/expired Kentucky registration receipt; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first: Recall failure to appear bench warrant, reset show cause 10/7/25.

Thomas Earl Head (arraignment) — 1. Failure to produce an insurance card; 2. Failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first: Dismissed, proof shown.

Edward L. Holshue (arraignment) — Assault, fourth degree (domestic violence), minor injury: Pleaded not guilty, pretrial conference 5/20/25 at 9 a.m.

Shawn Michael Moore (arraignment) — Harassment: One-year diversion, no contact with complaining witnesses, stay off their property, DCPT 4/7/26.

Mattie Stacy (arraignment) — Harassing communications: Pleaded not guilty, pretrial conference 4/22/25 at 9 a.m.

Tanner O’Neal Young (arraignment) — Truancy, student 18 but not yet 21: Pleaded not guilty, pretrial conference 5/13/25 at 9 a.m., transfer to Division II, no unexcused absences and attend school and all classes.

Ethen Hensley (pretrial conference) — 1. Public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol); 2. Drug paraphernalia-buy/possession: 1. One-year diversion on condition he graduates from heavy equipment school, maintains employment with Cares and Thrive programs and follows the recommendations, including mental health counseling. Cost waived, DCPT 4/7/26; 2. One-year diversion, same conditions, set for 7/1/25 at 9 a.m.

Larry Patrick (pretrial conference) — 1. Possession of marijuana; 2. Operating motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, first: 1. Dismissed; 2. Pleaded guilty, $200 fine and cost, loss of license to be determined by Department of Transportation, complete alcohol drug education, show cause 4 /7/26.

Mary S. Setser (pretrial conference) — 1. Criminal trespass, second degree; 2. Criminal littering; 3. Disorderly conduct, second degree; 4. Public intoxication of a controlled substance (excludes alcohol): Pleaded guilty, 90 days probated for two years on condition she completes mental health court and has no new violation of law, cost waived.

Deanna Wiley/ Spalding (pretrial conference) — 1. Endangering the welfare of a minor; 2. Possession of marijuana; 3. Drug paraphernalia-buy/possession: Pleaded guilty, 12-month sentence probated for two years on condition she has no new violation of law, completes drug court and works with Cares program.

Tonya Lynn Stapleton (pretrial conference) — Operating on suspended/ revoked operator’s license; no/ expired registration plates; improper registration plate; no/ expired Kentucky registration receipt; improper display of registration plates: Reset 7/1/25 at 9 a.m.

Scottie R. Thompson (pretrial conference) — 1. Operating on a suspended/ revoked operator’s license; 2. No/ expired registration plates; 3. No/ expired Kentucky registration receipt; 4. Failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, first; 5. Possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle: 1. Pleaded guilty, $100 fine and cost, show cause 10/7/25; 2. Pleaded guilty, $25 fine; 3. Dismissed; 4. Amended to failure to produce insurance card, pleaded guilty, $50 fine; 5. Dismissed.

Logan Allen (preliminary hearing) — Wanton endangerment, first degree: Waived to grand jury.

Joe Allen Evans (preliminary hearing) — Intimidating a participant in a legal process: Bench warrant, $5,000 cash, waived to grand jury, no appearance by the defendant or his counsel.
