LIHEAP spring subsidy program starts April 15 and runs until May 30, the Big Sandy Area Community Action Program announced.

This program is available to households with income up to and including 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines, and you could qualify for an electric benefit. Previous LIHEAP assistance does not affect your eligibility.
