Parenting comes with big changes—HANDS is here to help.

The HANDS Program is a free support program for families from pregnancy until their child turns 3 years old. To participate, you must enroll during pregnancy or before your baby reaches 3 months old.

Unlike WIC, the HANDS program is NOT income-based.

With one-on-one support, HANDS offers guidance on parenting, child development, and creating a safe, nurturing home. Whether you are a first-time parent or adding to your family, HANDS can help you feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Reach out to (606) 298-7752 today to learn how HANDS can support your growing family.

Dorothy Dillon is the Health Program Development and Outreach Manager at Martin County Health Department.
