INEZ — Martin County High School’s Peyton Davis is the Tommy’s Auto Sales Player of the Week.

Davis fired in 23 points on five treys from behind the line in the 15th Region championship March 11. He poured in 26 points in the semifinals against Floyd Central and grabbed four rebounds March 10. The senior went 7-9 from downtown in the 103-85 win over Floyd Central.

In the tournament-opening 100-72 win over Phelps, Davis reeled off four 3-pointers and finished with 15 points and three rebounds.

For his efforts, he was named to the 15th Region All-tournament team.
