Joyce Elaine Dials
1952—2025

Joyce Elaine Dials, 72, of Pilgrim, passed away Thursday, March 13, 2025, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

She was born May 14, 1952, to the late Rowland Pinson and Dorothy Varney Pinson. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Dials and two brothers, Tommy Pinson and Larry Pinson.

Joyce is survived by her two children, Elmer (Stephanie) Dials Jr. of Lexington and Stefanie (Larry) Bowen of Florence; five grandchildren, Blake (Claire-Marie) Dials of Lexington, Brooklyn Dials of Lexington, Tyler Bowen of Inez, Carson Dials of Lexington and Alex Bowen of Florence. She is also survived by three brothers, Keith Pinson of Inez, Ronnie Pinson and Tim Pinson, both of Kermit, West Virginia, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were conducted Sunday, March 16, 2025, at the Warfield Chapel of the Callaham Funeral Home with Keith Brumfield officiating. Burial followed at the Davis Cemetery under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez.
