Eugina ‘Lassie’ Cline

1939—2025

Eugina “Lassie” Cline, 85, of Inez, passed away Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025, at the Martin County Health Care Facility in Inez.

She was born Sept. 14, 1939, to the late Nola Moore Preece and Temath Preece.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Cline; two children, Mike Cline and Vanessa Cline; two brothers and two sisters.

Lassie is survived by two grandchildren, Tim Cline of Inez and Marci Tucker of Charleston, West Virginia, and four great-grandchildren, Miranda, Liara, Michael and Violet.

Per her wishes, a private graveside service was held. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez.
