Arterrius Dejuan Allen Sr. (review) — Fugitive from another state warrant required: Dismissed, defendant picked up.

Bryan Moore (sentencing) — 1. First-degree possession of controlled substance/cocaine, first offense; 2. Tampering with physical evidence: 1. Three years; 2. Three years. Sentences run concurrently. Sentences probated for three years, complete substance abuse treatment, consecutive to 24-CR-90.

Jason Pennington (sentencing) — 1. Trafficking in controlled substance/heroin, first degree, amended to possession of controlled substance, first; 2. Possession of drug paraphernalia: 1. Sentenced to three years; 2. Twelve months. Sentences probated for three years.

John D. Perry (sentencing) — 1. Sexual abuse, first degree, victim under 12 years of age, amended to sexual abuse, first; 2. Sexual abuse, first degree, victim under 12 years of age, amended to sexual abuse, first; 3. Sexual abuse, first degree: 1. Five years; 2. Five years; 3. Five years. Sentences run concurrently. Defendant agrees to the entry of lifetime IPOs in favor of the three minor victims to forbid any contact direct or indirect.
