INEZ — Three individuals are facing criminal charges under the Rocket Docket program. The Martin Circuit Court issued the information charges Dec. 17 and 19.
Shonda Crum, 38, of Tomahawk, stands accused of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and possession or use of drug paraphernalia.
According to the Commonwealth’s Attorney, Crum had methamphetamine, marijuana, Buprenorphine, a bottle for storing controlled substances, and scales used for weighing controlled substances during her arrest Oct. 18.
Judge J. Kevin Holbrook signed the charges Dec. 19 and set Crum’s arraignment for Jan. 16, 2025.
Timothy Stacy, 53, of Kermit, West Virginia, faces charges of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and public intoxication (excluding alcohol). The Commonwealth’s Attorney alleges that Stacy was caught with methamphetamine and was under the influence of a controlled or intoxicating substance to the extent that he posed a danger to himself or others Dec. 8.
Judge Holbrook signed the charges Dec. 19, with Stacy’s arraignment also set for Jan. 16, 2025.
Lacy Scott, 57, of Lovely, is facing charges of possession of a controlled substance in the first degree and possession or use of drug paraphernalia. Prosecutors allege that Scott had methamphetamine and a glass pipe used for ingesting controlled substances during his arrest April 1, 2024.
Judge Holbrook signed the charges Dec. 17 and set Scott’s arraignment for Dec. 19.
