INEZ — Martin County Sheriff John Kirk’s Office reported the following arrests:

Allen Arterrius, 35, of Debord, was arrested Friday on a fugitive from another state warrant. Chief Deputy Chris Kidd served the warrant at the United States Penitentiary Big Sandy in Debord.

Brian Dale Lowe, 554, of Pilgrim, was arrested Thursday in Pilgrim for fleeing or evading police (mother vehicle), wanton endangerment (police officer), careless driving and failure of owner to maintain required insurance. Constable Brad Preece reported that he observed Lowe disregarding a stop sign and driving through an intersection at a high speed. The constable activated emergency equipment but Lowe reportedly disregarded it. According to Preece, Lowe passed a logging truck on the wrong side of the road.

Clayton Jude, 51, address unknown, was arrested Dec. 10 at the Warfield IGA on a bench warrant. Deputy Kidd executed the warrant.
