INEZ — Martin County’s Mason McCoy is the Tommy’s Auto Sales Player of the Week.

McCoy is ranked 36th in tackling in 2A, with an average of over eight per game.

He has 89 total tackles on the season, seven for a loss.

McCoy had 13 total tackles against Pike Central in Martin County’s 34-6 win in the KHSAA 2A state playoffs. Ten were solo tackles and one was for a loss. He also assisted on a defensive sack.
