Jessica Blackburn, 39, of Delbarton, passed away Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024.

She was born Sept. 9, 1985, in Logan to Ernie and Sandy Elkins.

Jessica enjoyed spending time with family, crafting, cooking and baking.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Philip (Elma) Jones, mother-in-law Judy Blackburn, father-in-law John Blackburn, aunt Barb Beckett, and uncles Samuel Jones and Timmy Jones.

Survivors include Jessica’s loving husband, John Blackburn Jr.; son Landyn Blackburn; parents Ernie and Sandy Elkins; sister/best friend, Stephanie (Michael) Pate; brothers Joshua Elkins and Brent (Amber) Elkins. She also leaves behind nieces Addison Elkins, Isabella and Gabriella Pate; nephew Blake Elkins; special family members Dorothy Daniels, Kristie Fields, Terri Lucas and Francesca Grimes; aunts Doris, Jamie and Nevada; uncles Reggie, Ezra, Robert Elkins, Ruben (Marie) Jones; cousins Tina Fouch, Amanda Jones, Lisa Jones, Johnny Jones, Tommy Jones, Tiffany Jones, Kayla Stanley, Phillip Jones and Sarah Jones.

Per Jessica’s request, there will be no services since she requested to be cremated.
