Delbert E. Whitt
1960—2024

Delbert E. Whitt, 64, of Louisa, passed away Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024.

He was born May 28, 1960, to the late Robert Whitt and Artie Pack.

He is preceded in death by a sister, Meddie Whitt, and brothers, Wendell Whitt, Homer Whitt, Lewis Whitt and Charles Burke.

He is survived by his loving wife, Sheila Whitt; son Delbert Lee (Savanah) Whitt of Louisa; daughters Brenda (Curtis) Litton of Tomahawk and Courtney (Randy) Harless and Ruth (Jason) Murphy, both of Inez; brothers David Whitt and Richard Whitt, both of Inez, and Wallace Whitt of Louisa; sisters Myrtle Bowen, Grace Cline and Edith Dalton, all of Inez; 11 grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024, at the New Friendship United Baptist Church in Inez. Burial will follow at the Whitt Cemetery on Little Laurel. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
