FRANKFORT — The Kentucky Infrastructure Authority and the Kentucky Division of Water have announced the 2026 Clean Water State Revolving Fund (CWSRF) and Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) Call for Projects.
The Call for Projects opens Sept. 19 and closes Dec. 13. Submissions will be accepted electronically and coordinated through Area Water Management Councils. Paper submissions will not be accepted.
The State Revolving Fund (SRF) programs provide competitive, low-interest loans for drinking water, wastewater, stormwater and nonpoint source projects.
Interested applicants must work with their Area Development District to submit or update a Project Profile.
The Division of Water will use the information in the Project Profile to score and rank projects based on a set of published criteria.
For questions regarding project profiles or eligibility for priority list inclusion, contact Hollie Delaney at the Water Infrastructure Branch (hollie.delaney@ky.gov).
