Eddie Mills (arraignment) — Assault, fourth degree (domestic violence): Dismissed without prejudice.
James Hubert Presley (arraignment) — Local county ordinance; criminal trespassing, third; criminal littering: Reset 10/8/24 at 9 a.m.
Mary Ayers (review) — Resisting arrest; assault, third degree, peace officer, communicable bodily fluid: Defendant is in treatment, compliant, review upon motion of Commonwealth.
Ashley Copley (pretrial conference) — 1. Operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; 2. No operator’s/moped license; 3. Leaving the scene of accident/failure to render aid or assistance: 1. Pleaded guilty, $200 fine, cost, 30-day loss of license, complete ADE, show cause 9/9/25; 2-3. Dismissed.
Jonathan Edward Mollett (pretrial conference) — Speeding 25 mph over the limit; no operator’s/moped license: Reset 11/19/24 at 9 a.m.
Rachael Nichole McCoy (pretrial conference) — Assault, fourth degree (minor injury): Pleaded guilty, seven days to serve, credit seven days, cost waived due to jail service.
Marion Marcum (motion to revoke probation) — Reset 9/25/24 at 9:30 a.m.
Brittany D. Gilmore (preliminary hearing) — Operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license; failure to produce insurance card; possession of controlled substance, first degree, first offense (methamphetamine); drug paraphernalia-buy/possession: Defendant previously indicted.
Martin Howell (preliminary hearing) — Dismissed with prejudice, defendant has his driver’s license.
