INEZ — The bell at Rockcastle United Baptist Church will toll in Inez at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, ringing nine times followed by 11 chimes.

Deacon Charles Seberig will lead the ceremony, commemorating the attacks on the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon in Washington, and the crash of United Flight 93 in Pennsylvania on Sept. 11, 2001.
