Delbert Howard

Delbert Howard, 46, of Kermit, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville.

Born Dec. 9, 1977 in Huntington, West Virginia, he was the son of Maggie Waller Morgan of Kermit and the late Delbert Howard Sr.

Delbert was a general contractor and a member of the Full Gospel Church.

In addition to Delbert’s mother, survivors include his son Kameron Hinkle, granddaughter Kambri Hinkle, sister Julie (Jason) Sturgell, special niece Sara Sturgell, nephew Blake Sturgell, special aunt Judy (Sherrill) Jackson and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services were conducted Friday, July 26, 2024 at the Mullins Family Funeral Home, Warfield, with Arbie Dillon officiating. Burial was in the Maynard Cemetery on Pigeon Roost in Pilgrim. Mullins Family Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
