Brenda Lee Setser Spence
1967—2024

Brenda Lee Setser Spence, age 57, of Tomahawk, went to her heavenly home July 13, 2024, while surrounded by her loving family.

Brenda was born June 30, 1967 in Tomahawk to the late Buford and Betty Fraley Setser.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by son Shawn Spence; special grandson Phillip Speakman; sisters Sharon Jude, Retha Kay Whitt, Carol Spence and Janet Blankenship; and brothers Gary Setser, Johnny Setser and Blaine Setser.

Throughout her life, Brenda strived to help those in need and opened her home to many people over the years. She was happiest when she was spending time with her family.

Survivors include her husband, Robin Spence, and daughters, Sheretta Spence, Cansas (Max) Beverly, Heather Spence and Clayton (Tammy) Speakman. She also leaves behind Deloris and Ronnie Cisco, who were like her children, and her grandchildren Marley (Derek) Moore, Cassie and Caydance Davis, Tessa, Aubrey and Shawn Cline, and Christopher, Hazalena and Dashia Speakman. She also had a grandson on the way, Jaycob, whom she was most excited to see. Brenda is also survived by her sisters, Wanda Kapper and Gladys Christian, and brother, Alvis Setser; special sister and best friend, Sandy Mills and her children Granville (Charlet) Mollett and Timothy (Laura) Speakman and grandchildren Darlena, Braxton, Destiny, Devon and Lynda Mollett and Audryanna Speakman. Special nephew Blaine Adam Setser, special friend Amanda Fraley and many extended family and friends also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 16, 2024 at the Callaham Funeral Home in Inez. Burial will follow at the Spence Cemetery. Friends may visit the funeral home Monday and Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez
