INEZ — Judge John T. Chafin heard the following cases June 25 in Martin District Court:

Bryan Moore (preliminary hearing) — Operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license; fleeing or evading police, first degree; reckless driving: Bound over to the grand jury.

Lonnie Mitchell Pauley (preliminary hearing) — Convicted felon in possession of a firearm; trafficking in controlled substance, first offense (less than 2 grams methamphetamine); trafficking in marijuana less than 8 ounces, first offense; trafficking, third degree, first offense (less than 20 dosage units drug unspecified; drug paraphernalia-buy/possession: Bound over to the grand jury. Bond amended to a $5,000 surety.

Johnathan Allen Perry (preliminary hearing) — First-degree possession of controlled substance/drug unspecified, first offense: Defendant agreed to proceed via rocket docket. Bond amended to $1,000 surety.

Johnathan Perry (pretrial conference) — Public intoxication controlled substance (excludes alcohol) — Pleaded guilty, five days, credit time served five days, cost waived. Concurrent with 24-T-282 — license to be in possession; operating on suspended license: Recalled failure to appear.
