Leona Horn Stepp
1967—2024

Leona Horn Stepp, age 56, of Inez, passed away June 30, 2024 at Highlands Appalachian Regional Hospital in Prestonsburg.

Born Oct. 25, 1967 in Floyd County, she was the daughter of the late Thurman and Lizzie Dalton Horn.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Lester Horn and one sister, Martha Horn.

She is survived by her husband, Elijah Stepp; two daughters, Kaitlyn Stepp of Mount Sterling and Megan (Adrian Smith) Stepp of Hazard; and two sisters, Evalene Sesco of Inez and Lurie Mae Thoroughman of Vanceburg.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 3, 2024 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home in Inez.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
