Mary Ayers (pretrial conference) — 1. Resisting arrest; 2. Assault, third, peace officer, communicable bodily fluid: Pleaded guilty, sentenced to 180 days on each charge. Sentences probated for two years on the condition the defendant completes inpatient treatment at Addiction Recovery Care and follows all recommendations. The defendant will be released to ARC when a bed becomes available.
