Douglas Nichiah Palomino (preliminary hearing) — 1. Failure to comply with sex offender registration (first offense); 2. Possession of marijuana; 3. Drug paraphernalia-buy/possession: 1. Pleaded guilty, 12 months probation, if the defendant lives in Kentucky he must register as a sex offender, cost waived; 2. Pleaded guilty, 45 days, probation one year; 3. Pleaded guilty, 12 months probation, concurrent.

Douglas Nickiah Palomino (preliminary hearing) — Fugitive from another state: Defendant waived extradition to Connecticut, bond $50,000 cash, review 5/7/24 at 9 a.m. to see if the defendant has been picked up.
