NAUGATUCK, W.Va. — Tug Valley High School had two of its players on the Class A All-State girls’ basketball team. Haven Deskins and Bailee Hall were both named honorable mention.
The Lady Panthers, coached by Seth Ooten, won the Class A Region 1 Section 1 championship this year with a 42-39 win over Tolsia. They lost to No. 2-ranked Gilmer County in the regional co-finals.
