‘The Next Step’ features creative works of artists from federal prison

PRESTONSBURG — Big Sandy Community and Technical College’s McCall Art Gallery is showcasing “The Next Step,” an exhibit featuring the creative works of artists from the U.S. Penitentiary Big Sandy in Debord.

The exhibit will be on display until April 30.
