Patricia Louise Mollett Staton
1967—2024

Patricia Louise Mollett Staton, 56, of Beauty, passed away Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Highlands ARH in Prestonsburg.

Born July 14, 1967 in Williamson, West Virginia, she was the daughter of Louella Dingess Mollett of Beauty and the late William L. Alfonzo Mollett.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her brother, William Anthony Mollett.

Pat was a homemaker and was baptized into the Freewill Baptist Church.

She leaves behind her lifetime partner, Amos Staton of Beauty; children Christopher Tommy (Jessica) Staton of Beauty, Amos (Alexandria) Staton III of Inez, Christy Gail (Lonnie) Dixon of Inez, and Melinda Stacy of Louisa; and six grandchildren. She also leaves behind her siblings, Betty Noel of Beckley, West Virginia, Melody (Ronnie Howell) Bowen of Kermit, West Virginia, and P.J. (Timmy) Mollett of Beauty, and a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at noon at the Gospel Light Freewill Baptist Church, with Rodney Brown and Nimrod Mollette officiating. Burial will follow in the Mollett Family Cemetery on Bone Hollow Road, Beauty. Mullins Family Funeral Home of Warfield is honored to serve the family.
