Eli Jarrell
1952—2024

Eli Jarrell, age 72, of Louisa, passed away March 9, 2024, at his residence.

Born Feb. 29, 1952, in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Nebert and Elberta Horn Jarrell.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, Frank Jarrell; two sisters, Jo Cook and Ruth Dalton; two brothers-in-law, Richard Myers and William Myers; and one sister-in-law, Donna Myers.

Survivors include his wife, Phyllis Jarrell; one son, Mark Konred; two brothers, Ray (Becky) Jarrell of Louisa and Larry (Nancy) Jarrell of Inez; one sister, Millie (Larry) Begley of Hyden; two brothers-in-law, Pete Myers and Mike (Debbie) Myers; and one sister-in-law, Shirley Ponchot. He also leaves behind one grandchild, Nick (Jessica) Konred, three great-grandchildren, special friend Janette Crawford, and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be conducted Friday, March 15, 2024, at 2 p.m. at Crum Funeral Home, Inez, with Warnie Pinson and Dwayne Raines officiating. Friends may visit from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
