Daniel Dalton Jr.

1971—2024

Daniel Dalton Jr., 52, of Debord, passed away Feb. 16, 2024, at Highlands Appalachian Regional Hospital.

He was born June 25, 1971, in Columbus, Ohio, the son of Daniel Dalton Sr. and the late Ruth Ann Dalton.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Kimberly Dalton; four sons, Dustin Allen Dalton of Louisa, and Jonathan Yaunk Jr., Brandon Hunter Endicott and Kaidean Daniel Dalton, all of Debord; one daughter, Kelcey Rae (Doug) Marcum of Lovely; and two sisters, Margo Ross and Ann (John) Dials. He is also survived by three grandchildren, Brantley Marcum, Aubree Marcum and Kinley Dalton.

Funeral services were conducted Monday, Feb. 19, 2024, in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Sammy Ray Patrick and Brent Haney officiating. Burial was at the Dalton Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez.
