Lois Philpot
1964—2024

Lois Philpot, 59, of Kermit, West Virginia, passed away at her home Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2024.

She was born April 3, 1964 to the late Louis Brewer and Ruth Workman Brewer.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Richard Brewer.

Survivors include her partner, Eric Bowen of Kermit; four children, Jesse Bailey and Justin Bailey, both of Lovely, Kentucky, Christopher Muncy of Kermit, and Missy (Michael) Gess of Warfield, Kentucky; and five grandchildren, Jacob Bailey, Jayden Newsome, Alandria Dalton, Kimberly Maynard and Amelia Bailey. She is also survived by four siblings, David (Verlie) Brewer, Charles Frank Brewer, Carol Brewer, all of Kermit, and Dean (Debbie) Brewer of Lenore.

It was her wish to be cremated. There will be no service at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of the Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, Kentucky.
